- Was ist der Sinn / das Anwendungsgebiet des Projekts?
- Wie technisch ist das Projekt?
- Wie stellt ihr euch das fertiggestellte Produkt vor?
- Wie groß ist der Umfang (Wörter, Seiten, Screens, etc.)?
- Wie detailliert ist das Pflichtenheft?
- Gibt es überhaupt ein Pflichtenheft, oder sollt ihr eins erstellen?
- Wer ist euer Ansprechpartner beim Kunden?
- Gibt es mögliche Probleme, die ihr voraussehen könnt?
Fragen zu den kugelsicheren Verträgen:
- Wie groß ist euer Budget?
- Wer erhält die Rechte an den erstellten Materialien (Source-Codes, PSDs, etc.)?
- Gibt es eine feste Deadline für eure Arbeit? (drängt darauf!)
- Wann ist das Zahlungsziel?
- Wie sind die Zahlungsmodalitäten?
Wichtige Fragen nach der Fertigstellung:
- Fragt ehrlich danach, wie eure Arbeit aufgenommen wurde.
- Versucht herauszukriegen, wie oft der Kunde die Dienste eines Freelancers braucht.
- Redet über Vorschläge, was ihr bei einem Folgeprojekt anders machen würdet.
- Wenn der Kunde zufrieden war, bittet ihn um Erlaubnis, das Projekt unter euren Referenzen aufführen zu dürfen.
Das letzte könntet ihr auch gleich in den Vertrag schreiben – zu Anfang ist es aber ratsam, erstmal gute Arbeit zu leisten und dann das Testimonial einzuholen – ihr müsst euch eure Reputation schließlich erstmal erarbeiten.
