In eurem Fall wird die Sache nicht viel anders liegen. Viel zu oft werdet ihr im Leben auf Leute treffen, die euch einreden wollen, dass ihr diesen und jenen Plan eh vergessen könntet, die Ausführung schlecht sei oder die Idee an sich nicht tragfähig. Es erübrigt sich fast hinzuzufügen, dass die betreffenden Personen nie eine Website betrieben oder gar eine eigene Firma gegründet haben werden.
Doch was tut man gegen diese demotivierenden Einflüsse?
Unbeirrbarer Glaube an die eigene Vision hilft hier sicherlich über die ersten Tiefschläge hinweg. Auch sollte man Ratschläge wirklich nur von Leuten annehmen, die selbst in der Thematik stecken. Es ist ja gar nicht so wichtig, dass dein Gegenüber auch Webdesigner, Programmierer oder Techniker ist, sondern, dass er das Problem selbst mal hatte. Über Steuerrecht kann man schließlich genauso gut mit einem befreundeten Optiker reden wie mit jedem anderen Selbstständigen.
Umgebt euch mit einer gesunden Mischung aus Skeptikern und Unterstützern
Einen übergewichtigen Ernährungsberater würde man in Fitnessfragen allerdings nicht ernst nehmen. Trotzdem zieht man dann wieder den Kollegen im Dayjob, der nie Personalverantwortung hatte, bei der Besetzung von offenen Stellen im eigenen Startup zu Rate. Oder bei Fragen der Preisgestaltung, Abrechnungsmodalitäten, Server-Konfiguration, Marketingstrategien, etc.
Dabei ist es extrem wichtig, dass die Skeptiker versierte Leute mit eigenen Erfahrungen sein müssen. Denn manchmal braucht man einfach Denkanstöße von Außenstehenden, gern auch aus anderen Branchen, um eine andere Sichtweise auf Probleme einnehmen zu können. Und genauso wichtig ist es manchmal, unvoreingenommenen Zuspruch von Menschen zu bekommen, die an die eigene Idee glauben (egal, ob diese die geschäftlichen / technischen Hintergründe verstehen).
Aufmunterung hilft beim Weitermachen, da ist die Qualifikation des Lobenden irrelevant. Kritik auf der anderen Seite kann wesentlich mehr Schaden anrichten, daher sollte man sich gut überlegen, von wem man sie ernsthaft annimmt.
